7.Floor placement. med-surgical is easy, but has to take 6-8 patients. International nurses has poor time management, can’t complete task in time. Telemetry and slow emergency room, need advanced skills, but take less pts. On tele, nurse only need to take 3-4 pts, it works well for them.

11.Follow up services: Philippines are good. They have association here. Hospital is very frustrated with this. Foreign nurses need security number, housing, cars, credit cards, banks. Most important thing, if they hold California licenses when they work in Arizona, they need to transit their licenses. All the above is realistic and overwhelming.
